Summary The project follows up on the research I carried out at the University of Leicester and seeks to consult archival materials held in Centre Camille Jullian in order to bring the work on the principia to publication stage. The proposed output (aimed at Libyan Studies) will discuss the processes of place-making, assigning meaning to build space through forms of individual and collective activity within the building.
